MI Real Estate Management LLC was started by Kristen Smith.  Kristen is a licensed Real Estate Agent with Comquest Commercial LLC.  She has over 20 years of property management experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge to investors and tenants.  She specializes in collecting rents, keeping costs down, and protecting your investment.  With her experience she noticed there is also a need for a new management company that provides management services for owners with vacation or second homes. She started a Homewatch division of her management company to oversee these properties with the same care their owner would provide.

MI Real Estate Management LLC offers full rental property management.  This is everything from advertising your property, placing new tenants, holding and processing of security deposit, collecting rent, 24-hour maintenance, paying bills, processing tenant move outs, collections and evictions.  Our full management can be customized to fit your needs.

TENANT PLACEMENT

Still want to manage your property but need help finding a qualified tenant? We can do this! We will advertise your property, show your property, screen potential tenants, collect first month rent and security deposit, and sign lease paperwork.     

LEASE PAPERWORK

Have a tenant but need help with completing your paperwork?  We can prepare a lease packet which includes: crime free lease addendum, inventory checklist, lead based paint booklet and any other required documents.
